Time Commitment: 3 to 5 hours per week (Flexible / Remote)
Position Type: Voluntary (Eligible for federal volunteer tax deductions/mileage/expense write-offs under IRS regulations)
The Global Indie 100 Radio Coalition is a premier global broadcasting network dedicated to the professional development, international syndication, and advancement of independent recording artists. 👔 Position 1:
Vice President of Revenue and Growth
Commitment: 5 hours per week
We are seeking a high-caliber, strategic leader to oversee our global fundraising, corporate sponsorship, and partnership development pipelines. This executive position requires a professional with a passion for networking, business development, or media monetization.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide executive leadership over the Coalition’s corporate and ministry sponsorship outreach.
Utilize our established 501(c)(3) public charity tax status to secure corporate sponsorships, grants, and underwriting for major international events and concert tours.
Collaborate directly with the President and Director of Digital Strategy to align revenue goals with global broadcast expansion.
Oversee, mentor, and track the weekly outreach targets of the Revenue Executive Assistants.
👥 Position 2:
Executive Assistants to the VP of Revenue
Commitment: 3 to 5 hours per week (Multiple Openings)
We are building a highly focused committee of proactive, driven individuals to serve as the engine of our growth department. If you have experience in sales, marketing, customer relations, or cold outreach—or simply have a burning desire to learn kingdom-minded business development—this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Dedicate 3 to 5 hours a week to identifying, sourcing, and contacting prospective corporate and community sponsors.
Deploy our provided, vetted script frameworks via digital platforms (including targeted social business networks) to connect with potential partners.
Educate prospective donors and businesses on the mutual benefits of partnering with the Coalition, including our international media reach and their eligibility for 501(c)(3) tax deductions.
Maintain accurate, internal records of outreach pipelines and submit concise weekly progress updates to the VP of Revenue.
